She is a nurse and public health specialist with years of work in HIV and ageing fields where she designs, implements and evaluates programs and conducts research. With over a decade of experience, she worked with organizations collaborating with CDC and US PEPFAR to lead HIV, TB, and Orphan and Vulnerable Children programs in Nigeria. Driven by her passion for the lives and rights of older persons, she leads ageing programming through the organization she founded; Mission to Elderlies Foundation. As its Director, she leads the designing, funding, implementation and evaluation of programs that make services especially healthcare accessible and affordable for older persons. Recognized for her contributions to global health, she has received global health leadership awards from U.S and U.K, and serves as a reviewer and speaker at national and international conferences. Sc (Botany) from University College, Thiruvananthapuram (University of Kerala) and joined as Junior Research Scholar in Jawaharlal Nehru Tropical Botanic Garden and Research Institute (JNTBGRI), Palode, Thiruvananthapuram and got Ph D from University of Kerala in “Effect of heavy metals on growth, biomass production and metabolites distribution of seed germination and seedling growth of selected fast growing tree species of Kerala”. I joined as a Scientist in JNTBGRI in 2000. Worked Saraswathy Thangavlu Extension Centre, JNTBGRI, Puthenthopu, from 2004. Expertise in Bioinformatics with 5 more plant projects programmes including Database of Sacred Groves of Kerala. Established an Ornamental Garden in Puthenthopu Extension centre. From 2018 onwards I have been working in the Biotechnology Division, continuing with works related to plant physiology, seed physiology and conservation biotechnology. My name is Dr. Vatsalya Kommalapati, and I am an enthusiastic dental professional specializing in Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology and Microbiology. I completed my Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Vishnu Dental College, Bhimavaram, and my Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) from GSL Dental College, Rajamahendravaram, both under Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Andhra Pradesh. I have had the privilege of serving as an Assistant Professor, where I have honed my teaching and research skills. Over the years, I have contributed to the field through clinical practice, academic teaching, and research. I have also had the honor of publishing several research papers in reputed journals, focusing on areas like oral cancer awareness, salivary gland lesions, and cellular mechanisms like apoptosis. Dr. Subhadip Pal, born on 21st December, 1988, began his teaching career as an assistant professor at the MS Swaminathan School of Agriculture, Centurion University of Technology and Management, in Odisha. He began working at School of Agriculture and Allied Sciences, The Neotia University in West Bengal as an assistant professor since 2020. He obtained his B.Sc. degree in Agriculture from Palli Siksha Bhabana, Visva Bharati University, West Bengal in the year 2010. In 2013, he earned his master's degree in agricultural economics from Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology. While pursuing his master's degree, he was awarded a Junior Research Fellow Scholarship. In 2023, he earned his doctorate degree in agricultural economics from the Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya. "Economic study on irrigation and sustainable ground water resource management in West Bengal" was the title of his doctoral dissertation. Eleven academic papers, three popular articles, and one book chapter are all to his credit. He actively participates in the peer review process for ten international journals. The VDGOOD Professional Association awarded Dr. Pal the "Young Scientist Award" for 2019. He received the Kamarajar Institute of Education and Research's "Best Outstanding Young Scientist National Award 2021" at Theni, Tamilnadu, India. Dr. Pal won the ‘Young Scientist Award’ at International Conference on "Innovative approaches in Agriculture, Horticulture & allied Sciences" 29-31 March, 2023 jointly organized by SGT UNIVERSITY, GURUGRAM & Just Agriculture-the Magazine. Dr. Pal has one design patent to his credit.
